Potbelly header
Potbelly’s is a Chicago favorite.  Not only have they mastered the “S” items (sandwiches, salads, soups, shakes), but they also have an underground menu.  Here is a list of some of the secret sandwiches.

Cheeseburger – A meatball sandwich with ketchup in place of the marinara.  Add mustard, cheese, and pickles.

The Fireball – A meatball sandwich with chili on top.

Chicken Cordon Bleu *(My own creation, not officially on the underground menu…yet) – Grilled chicken plus ham,  provolone, and marinara sauce.  If you want the Spicy version add hot peppers.  It’s my go to sandwich.

The Clubby – Consists of ham, turkey, bacon, provolone cheese and ranch dressing.
